- Free Shipping Friday promotions apply only to qualifying orders.
- Let’s Get Offensive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
2. Refund & Return Policy

- Due to the custom nature of many products, custom orders are non-refundable.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Photos may be required for replacement requests.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable.
- Blank supplies may be returned unused within 14 days.
3. Custom Order Policy

- 50% deposit required on custom orders over $50.
- Design proofs must be approved before production.
- Production begins after approval/payment.
- No refunds after production has started.
- Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, and design details.
